Articles
We look for articles of 900-1,500 words geared toward the marking and identification devices manufacturer. Content should be unbiased. We will do our best to place the article in the issue for which it is planned, but we cannot guarantee the timing.
Articles are pre-assigned. We do not, as a rule, pay for articles, but we do send the author copies of the magazine in which the article appears.
We appreciate illustrations and photographs (hard copy or high-resolution digital, preferably tif or jpeg at 300 dpi for color and 150 dpi for black and white). Each photo or illustration must have a caption, which may contain company and product names. Please mark anything that you wish us to return to you.
Be sure to include background information for resources such as photos, statistics, direct quotes, etc. If you use acronyms, include the full names of what you are abbreviating.
At the end of each article is an "About the Author" paragraph that contains name, title, contact information and a short bio (and a picture if you like).
News Releases
Used as we have room. We cannot promise when or if we will use a press release. We can use only one photo per release.
