XL3 with Zipper Cut Cartridge

The Millennium Marking Co. "Z" style assembly revolutionized flash stamps four years ago and eliminated the need for inventory of pre-inked cartridges, reducing inventory by 80 percent. The latest version eliminates the need to replace the central cartridge—fill the cavity with ink after flashing, and the stamp is complete. The foam and cartridge come pre-assembled in the die box, which slides into place. As an advantage to the consumer, when it is time to re-ink, the center cartridge is not replaced—the refill ink goes to the surface of the stamp in 30 minutes or less.

MaxLight Z Dater: Eco Friendly

MaxLight Z Daters have a massive ink load that reduces the number of replacement pads by the power of 10. Re-ink and reduce the need for replacement pads forever. The printing plate is encased in an easily detachable die plate—pull it away from the frame and replace it when the text changes. Instead of having multiple daters on a desk, consider multiple die plates, saving dollars and reducing waste. The dater cannot be recycled because of the chemical makeup of the date band, but the ease of re-inking and use of interchangeable die plates enable the MaxLight Z Daters to be reused indefinitely.
