United Marking Inc. announces a new program to help stamp manufacturers promote saving energy and retaining customers. Eco-Mark®, the company's new state-of-the-art pre-inked stamp, has the look and feel of a self-inking stamp but can be presented to customers as completely reusableit can be recycled to its original intended use without discarding. Dubbed the "eco-mark Stamp Program," it allows RSMs to sell a stamp that can be reused simply by having the customer return the eco-mark die-box to the seller for text plate replacement and re-inking. Rather than a product made of recycled material which is discarded when it has outlived its usefulness, this stamp can be returned to the customer refurbished.
Ed Sobota, president of United Marking, believes consumers are more environmentally conscious that ever and will be very receptive to this program. "Rethink the way you recycle," says Sobota. "Your customers will appreciate this effort on your part and benefit with a less expensive replacement when it's time to change messages on their stamps, while you retain your profit margins."
Eco-mark is available in five sizes ranging from 9/16 inch x 1 11/16-inches to 1 7/16 inches x 3 1/8 inches and is designed for use with multiple manufacturing processes including flash. The company has free customized flyers with the "eco-mark Program" logo available to promote the stamp to consumers, letting them know you sell "The Stamp You Never Throw Away."
