Brady Worldwide Inc. announces the launch of its new transactional website, www.BradyID.com. The site features online ordering, custom product design, easy navigation and enhanced search functionality. It also offers a wide variety of industry resources, including best practice information, regulations and compliance updates, video demonstrations, educational white papers and case studies, and more.
Prior to designing the website, Brady conducted extensive research on customer purchasing behavior and user testing. As a result of this research, the website was built with a variety of new technologies and resources, including several new purchasing options: secure online ordering, the ability to create a bill of materials, the option to request a catalog, and the ability to find a Brady-authorized distributor.
One of the most highly anticipated features of the new website is the custom product design center, which allows customers to design Brady products to their specific requirements. Customers can design custom traffic signs, safety signs, valve tags, property ID tags and pipe markers. Depending on the product, customers can pick the size, color, material, pictograms and style of their Brady product, and enter in their own custom text.
The made-to-order process lets customers see their product as they create it, and real-time pricing is provided for every product and quantity. Customers simply design their sign, tag or pipe marker, submit their finalized design online, and the product will be shipped directly to the facility within 2448 hours.
With a robust new search engine and easy-to-use online product catalog, Brady's new website is a convenient resource for customers looking for Brady product information, demonstrations, pricing and more. The online catalog is designed to provide more transparency into the product lines, making it easier and faster for customers to find the exact product that they need.
In addition to product information, the website also contains a section entitled "Industry Expertise," where customers can find a variety of educational resources and best practices for their specific industry. The site contains industry information for Brady's leading markets, including: hospital facility safety; laboratory identification and specimen tracking; and voice and data communications.
The website also serves as an up-to-date resource for regulatory compliance and best practice information, particularly in the areas of DoD UID compliance, lockout/tagout, visual workplace/lean, brand protection, arc flash safety, emergency egress marking, short circuit current rating, and slips, trips and falls prevention.
